This is the real app running on sample data. The TV goes through a full centre day in about three minutes. The phone beside it is what tutors and the centre director use. Mark a student on the phone and the TV changes straight away.

Press Batch board above so the TV stays on Batch C.
On the tutor phone, open batch C and tap Present or Leave for anyone. Watch their tile on the TV.
Switch to the director phone, type a notice, tick full screen and press Send to TV.
What the TV does all day
8:00 AM morning brief: batches, leave, exams, notices.
15 min before each batch to 5 min after: who is present, on leave or still expected, with a countdown and a spoken reminder.
Between batches: centre ads, course videos, tips and calm music.
After closing: the screen dims to a clock.
In a real centre
Reads the centre’s own monthly attendance Google Sheet. Tutor taps are saved back into it.
Student leave mails can be marked as leave automatically.
Only first name and initial appear on the TV.
